welcome everyone to the rainbowcp forum! I am just going to tell you a few rules!

1. no cussing!
2. no begging for a rank!
3. do not brag about earning a rank!
4. don't make useless posts
5. NO advertising other forums/games unless you get permission from me or another staff member!
